Danniella Westbrook was pictured bursting into tears in the street as she left the courthouse in Spain after being accused of stealing petrol.
It comes after the actress, 49, revealed she was questioned by six police officers when she landed in Ibiza last week for an old unsolved crime.
Danniella was arrested by police in 2018 and held for 14 hours for a traffic violation before being convicted of fraud for failing to pay €37 in petrol.
The former EastEnders star said she was taken to a room within minutes of arriving in the country and confronted by the gun-wielding officers.
At the time, Danniella agreed to attend a court hearing the following week to address the landmark accusation.

Danniella is facing court after failing to pay for the gas she put in her rental car at a highway stop five years ago during her last stay in the country.
However, as the situation was never properly resolved, she was confronted by police and told to attend a hearing.
Danniella told the Mirror she fears she will now have to pay a £3,500 bill due to interest from the original fine.
She told The Mirror: “I landed in Ibiza and everyone went through passport control and when I put my passport in (said) ‘stop, wait for help’ so I thought something was wrong with my passport or whatever – those electronic things are always rubbish.

“Anyway, the man came by and said, ‘Wait there.’ Then the door opened and about six police officers came out and said to me, ‘We need to see you.’
Danniella explained how she was taken to a room and feared she would be taken to prison – after spending 14 hours in a cell earlier in 2018.
She explained: “They said they have details for an indictment, which is similar to an open offense in Spain that has not been dealt with.
Danniella told police she has been trying to handle the crime for the past five years, but has so far been unable to solve it.
She has now been summoned to court in Spain next week because they couldn’t deal with it in Ibiza, as it is too far from where the offense took place.
‘I would go to Alicante because I would see my cousin from Ibiza. In Ibiza they couldn’t deal with it because it wasn’t near where it happened. So they basically summoned me to court to try and sort it out.”
