Danielle Lloyd reveals new weight loss hack as she turns her back on cosmetic surgery and lip fillers
Danielle Lloyd has revealed how she maintains her toned figure after turning her back on cosmetic surgery.
The former Miss GB, 40, has previously undergone liposuction, a Brazilian buttock augmentation, a breast augmentation, an eyelid lift and jaw reinforcement.
However, she now refuses to go under the knife again and has even had her lip fillers removed in her quest for a more natural look.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the mother of five revealed she has found another method for weight loss: taking ketone supplements.
“They make me feel good and they also burn fat,” she explains.

Ketones are molecules that the liver naturally produces and uses as fuel when the liver is running low on carbohydrate energy (by burning fat for fuel).
In recent months, several celebrities have turned to Ozempic to lose weight: a weekly injection that lowers blood sugar levels by stimulating the pancreas to produce more insulin, which can also lead to weight loss.
Although Danielle hasn’t gone down this route, she confessed, “I wouldn’t say never. But I feel like I know how to lose weight.
‘I go to the gym. I can lose weight pretty quickly because I know how to eat, train for myself, etc. I take ketones – but I just wouldn’t do anything that would put my health at risk.
“I think a lot of people do it because I’ve seen a lot of people these days who look so slim and do it really quickly.”
Concerns about her health – and that of her children – were also a reason for her not to go under the knife again.
The model shares sons Archie, 14, Harry, 10, and George, 13, with ex Jamie O’Hara. She has son Ronnie, six, and daughter Autumn, two, with husband Michael O’Neill.
She had a breast enlargement and liposuction after welcoming Ronnie, explaining: ‘I was trolled a lot about my weight gain and that’s why I wanted to get it done.
‘At the time I was glad I had it because I felt good about myself. But now I look back and think, “Oh my God. I put my life in danger. What if I didn’t wake up?”‘

Danielle explains: ‘I even had my lips dissolved because I feel more comfortable in my own skin now. Now that I have a daughter, I want her to feel like she doesn’t have to change herself’
She continued: ‘Michael also told me that it’s not allowed anymore, but I wouldn’t want to do it. I don’t want to do that to myself.
“Imagine not waking up and not being there for my kids? Or them saying, ‘What happened?’ and then, ‘Oh, she had cosmetic surgery because she didn’t feel good about herself.’ I can’t justify it. I want to be there for my kids as long as I can.

Danielle has also learned how to deal with the trolls.
She confessed: ‘The trolling isn’t really that bad anymore. I think it’s because I’ve moved away from that ‘celebrity’ world, going to the envelope opening thing and all that!
“I’m not interested in that stuff anymore. I’ve just grown and I’m stable in my family. I’m stable in my relationship. I’ve just become a different person.”
Danielle is still focused on her family and has recently learned the importance of not taking their safety for granted.
In October, Danielle was the victim of a terrifying burglary, with her home ransacked and items stolen including a £100,000 Richard Mille watch and a £20,000 Cartier gold bracelet.
Police suspect she was targeted by the same gang who broke into Manchester City’s Jack Grealish’s home.
Danielle mused, “Imagine not waking up and not being there for your kids? I can’t justify it. I want to be there for my kids as long as possible.”

While Danielle and her family were away at the time, the alarm sent a notification to their phones and they were able to watch through an app as the gang ran through their house.
“It was just horrible to see,” she recalls. “They were in and out in 90 seconds. They went straight into my bedroom and ransacked everything.
‘I called my neighbor and he went to the house with his son. They missed the burglars by less than a minute.
“It was probably a good thing, because of what could have happened. They had crowbars and hammers to break the glass and the door.”
Since then, Danielle and her family have moved three times and are currently building her dream home from the ground up, hoping to move in next year.
“I couldn’t wait to get out of the house,” she explained. “I think it was harder on the kids. Ronnie couldn’t sleep for months. He was in our bed and he was just so upset.”
Since the robbery, Danielle has taken extra precautions to prevent it from happening again, such as being careful about what she posts on social media and when.
“We had the best security at the house that you could possibly have, but it still happens. You just have to be very careful,” she says.
‘I try not to post as much as possible on social media, but after something like that you never feel 100 percent safe again.
“It made me realize that having material things just doesn’t matter. I just want to be happy.”
