Danielle Armstrong proudly showed off the results of her dramatic 3.5 stone weight loss in a new clip on Friday.
The former TOWIE star, 36, shared her stunning transformation, showing off the before and after.
In the recent Instagram post, the internet personality is captured before her dramatic change while wearing the same black bra and matching panties.
Immediately afterwards, she shows off her slimmed-down figure beaming as she blows a kiss for the camera.
Danielle exuded confidence in the video, writing: ‘In a world where it seems like injecting is the only solution to losing weight these days. This is your sign to tell you there is another way.”
She also accompanied the post with a lengthy caption: “If you’re someone who wants to make 2025 the year, you prioritize your health and get results without taking risks or coming up with quick fixes, but you’re not a big gym guy . If you are a loved one or don’t have time to meal prep and live on chicken and broccoli, this is your cue to message me NOW.”

“I’m going LIVE on an exclusive guest list call only on December 30 at 8pm to explain in detail what a day on plan entails and how I dropped 3.5 stone,” she finished.
Earlier in September, Danielle shared a post-baby body update after welcoming her second daughter Una last year.
The ex-TOWIE star posted a video to show her weight loss journey, including a year-old clip from when she was three months postpartum, and a clip of herself now.
In the before clip, Danielle was seen standing to the side as she shared a three-month postpartum body update with her followers.
She captioned the clip, “Exactly one year ago I filmed this to share my three-month postpartum journey.”
‘At that point I had already lost a stone of my baby weight.’
The video then cut to a clip of Danielle now, as the star showed off her slim figure in a gray gym clothes set.
She captioned the clip with, “It’s amazing to see what you can achieve in 12 months.”

‘Give your body time and trust the process.’
‘If you feel like you’ll never get your body back, you will. You just have to do a few things a day.”
In the film’s caption, the TV personality gave her followers some advice and explained what had worked for her over the past year.
She said: ‘For anyone who wants to get healthier and see RESULTS’
‘80% of what we look depends on what we eat. You need to find a nutrition plan that allows you to achieve a calorie deficit that doesn’t make you feel like you’re on a diet.”
‘DIETIES DO NOT WORK, they are a quick fix. You need something to follow that is realistic for your lifestyle and that you actually enjoy. I also stop eating after 8pm, which makes a huge difference to your results. Water is the key to achieving results, I aim for 2.5/3 liters of water per day’
‘I like to keep track of my steps. I’m getting quite competitive with myself on the Apple Watch and closing my circles ‘

‘I aim for at least 10,000 steps a day. Trust me, even if you can’t go to the gym, it’s still good to get your steps in’
‘Supplements have now become a big part of my life. I have a series of pills that I take throughout the day that help my body absorb the good nutrients from the food and smoothies I have. I also have a pre-probiotic that I take to keep my gut working optimally and that helps with weight management/bloating and healthy immune function.”
‘Finally, sleep and rest are just as important as all of the above. Poor sleep can lower your metabolism, making it harder to burn calories. So to bed at 10 p.m. and up at 6 a.m.’
‘Just a few simple changes to your lifestyle can make such a big difference, not only to weight loss, but to general health and wellbeing. You feel better about yourself, age better and become the best version of yourself’
