Danica Patrick reveals her private conversation with Donald Trump on campaign plane in final election push
Danica Patrick has revealed details of a private conversation she shared with Donald Trump while traveling with the former president on a private plane to his final campaign rally in Michigan.
The former NASCAR driver, 42, recently endorsed the Republican candidate as she prepared to cast her first-ever ballot.
Early Tuesday morning, Patrick shared a series of photos on Instagram that gave followers a behind-the-scenes look at her day traveling with Team Trump and revealed her discussing race cars with the former president.
She described Trump’s energy as “really surreal” and explained that she was determined to participate in this election after the backlash she received for attending her first political event in December.
“Somehow that passion led me all the way to November 4… riding Trump force 1 for the final night of the campaign… talking race cars with @realdonaldtrump as we flew to the final rally,” said Patrick.

“I really think that when you’re aligned with yourself and speaking the truth about something you’re passionate about, it energizes you. And he is passionate about YOU and this country! He doesn’t need this job, he wants this job. And no one has tested his will more than he has,” she continued.
On Tuesday, Patrick shared a timeline of her evening with Trump on X, along with a photo of the two of them smiling on his plane.
“The rally ended at 2:30 a.m. in Michigan. This photo at 3:25 am. Landed at West Palm on TF1 at 5:45 am. I went to sleep at 6:45 am. Brekkie at 10:58,” she said.
‘Energy brought by a proud American. Vote as if your freedom depends on it, because it does.’
Photos posted by Patrick showed her curling her hair on Trump’s plane and hanging out with former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and ex-ESPN reporter Sage Steele.
She wore a red pantsuit as she met the former president, two of his sons – Eric and Donald Trump Jr. – and met daughter Tiffany Trump backstage. She watched the rally with Steele and Megyn Kelly from the audience.
The former president’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump also posted a beaming selfie with Patrick, Gabbard and Steele at the Michigan rally.
Since throwing her support behind Trump, the retired NASCAR and Indy Car driver has taken the stage at several campaign events.

Speaking to thousands of fans in Lititz, Pennsylvania, on Sunday, Patrick — who said she had never voted in an election before — ripped the celebrities who came out to support Democrats.
‘Now I’m speaking. I’m not getting paid to be here. I don’t have a teleprompter. I’m working on this right now, y’all. I don’t need a phone,” she said, referring to rapper Cardi B who experienced teleprompter problems during her speech for Harris before eventually reading her words over a phone.
Patrick continued, “I’ve never been to a Diddy party. “I’m doing this because I love this country and there is no one more tested than Trump.”
She claimed that putting Trump back in the White House is “the most important decision we will see in our lifetimes.”
“We don’t live in a time of Republicans (versus) Democrat, we live in good versus evil.”

After speaking at the rally, Patrick attacked presidential candidate Kamala Harris for refusing to act on a controversial ballot measure in her native California.
She took aim at Proposition 36, which aims to strengthen criminal penalties for drugs and shoplifting in California.
“If this is what she is admittedly hiding, it makes you wonder,” Patrick wrote on X. “What else? And why?
“Just like in a relationship,” Patrick added, “this is kind of a warning sign.”
