Danica Patrick bemoans lack of invite to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago party after helping on campaign trail
A glum-faced Danica Patrick has revealed she did not receive an invitation to Donald Trump’s election party at Mar-a-Lago, despite spending weeks with him on the Republican campaign trail.
Less than 24 hours earlier, the former NASCAR star was on Trump’s private jet with the man himself after a long day of campaigning to defeat Kamala Harris.
But on Tuesday night, as Trump approached the White House, Patrick took to social media to post a sad selfie while sitting on the floor after being turned away from the big party in Florida.
Along with two friends, she wrote, “Where was our Mar-a-Lago invite?” as she wore a red dress for the big occasion.
Earlier on Tuesday, she explained the crazy start to her week traveling with the campaign team on Trump Force 1, ending their fourth meeting of the day at 2:30 a.m. before flying back to West Palm Beach.

She wrote: “Energy brought to you by a proud American. Vote as if your freedom depends on it, because it does.’
And while Patrick will no doubt be happy with the way the election turned out, she was seemingly baffled by her lack of invitation to the glitzy event that the likes of Elon Musk later enjoyed.
The former president won a wave of states early Tuesday evening and appeared poised to regain several swing states he lost to Joe Biden in 2020, with Trump’s camp saying they were “confident” of victory.
Footage from the event showed a relaxed Trump chatting with Musk and Dana White, while guests shared a number of smiling selfies from the Mar-a-Lago ballroom.

But while Trump’s camp appeared in good spirits, Kamala Harris’ election party reportedly went “silent” and the crowd thinned considerably as they felt the race was slipping away.
The election night party at Mar-a-Lago saw a number of Trump allies and GOP influencers pouring in the results, with Musk also bringing one of his 11 children to the event.
Former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville and Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba all shared smiling photos from the party.
