His loving post comes after Sammy continued to spend quality time with his son Santiago after his release from prison.

Sammy, who was jailed last year for swindling vulnerable pensioners out of £34,000, shared photos with the boy on his Instagram on Tuesday.

Santiago, was seen standing next to his father, 26, as they parked before a fun-filled day.

Smooch: She wrote: “Happy birthday to my beautiful boyfriend… I hope your day is as special as you are to me, you are unique and I love you so much.”

Sweet: “I can’t wait to spend every birthday with you and make even more memories…now and forever,” Dani continued.

Sammy smiled for the camera as he lovingly put his arm around the boy, previously documenting their first meeting on December 7, just days after his release.

Sammy donned an £810 Dior CD icon hoodie for the outing and carried his essentials in a £1,320 Louis Vuitton messenger bag.

Love Island star Dani split with the scammer before he was convicted amid claims their court case put “a strain on their relationship”.

Day out: Her love post comes after her ex Sammy Kimmence continued to spend quality time with their son Santiago after his release from prison

He was jailed last year after targeting two older men, Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 81, to give him money posing as a financial investor.

The scammer persuaded his victims to let him invest their money for them, and then spent money on expensive restaurants, hotels, clothing, and even a personalized license plate for his Mercedes.

Sammy’s victims had been clients of his when he worked as a senior trader at Equine Global Sports Limited, a company which subsequently went into liquidation.

Release: He was locked up last year after targeting two older men, Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 81, to give him money posing as a financial investor.

The company received money from customers that it would use to place bets on horse racing on their behalf.

After this company went out of business, Sammy contacted two of his former senior clients and pretended he would continue to invest their money in the same way, but instead used it to finance his lavish lifestyle, leaving a victim “living on the bread line.”

Mr Martin, who lived in Havant, Hampshire, died in November last year aged 91 while Mr Haynes suffered from Alzheimer’s.

On 14 July 2021, Sammy, from Rayleigh, Essex, who had denied all charges prior to a last minute change of plea, was sentenced to 42 months in prison on five counts of fraud, totaling £33,919.

Prosecutors said Sammy ‘groomed’ his elderly victims, likening his fraud to ‘a fox getting the key to the chicken pen’ and said Martin had considered the scammer ‘a friend until he died’.

Prosecutor Mike Mason said: “This was a very disgusting fraud against two men who were deliberately targeted by Kimmence.”

“He attacked them because they were old, they were vulnerable and somewhat isolated.

‘This wasn’t something you migrated to from a friendship. This was something she planned.
