Dani Dyer is set to chronicle her struggles with anxiety and loneliness in a candid new Channel 4 documentary.
The Love Island star, 26, shares the pressure she felt to be a “good mom” after welcoming her first child with ex Sammy Kimmence in 2021.
Dani put out a request for fans on social media to share if they struggled with anxiety, and their responses shaped the movie, titled Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety?
She said, “Anxiety is a topic everyone has heard about, but we still don’t talk openly about our experiences. It can happen to anyone, but as a young mother it can be overwhelming.
“I’m thrilled to partner with E4 and Summer Films to explore this topic, remove the stigma associated with mental health, and meet other moms who have struggled with the pressures of being a so-called ‘good mom’. looks like.’

The film is the latest in a series of Channel 4 programs focusing on mental health, with Sam Thompson also presenting a program on ADHD.
Dani Dyer is set to welcome twins with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen in a matter of weeks, and her dad Danny recently revealed that she moved back into the family home before she’s new.
He told Closer: ‘Dani only has a few months left before she is due to give birth and she is doing so well.
“She actually moved back in with us while her new home is being sorted, and it’s been lovely to have her around. I have so much respect for that boy, she’s amazing.’
Other members of the Dyer household include Danny’s wife Joanne Mas, 46, as well as their daughter Sunnie, 16, and son Arty, nine.
Dani recently shared a lovely photo as she attended a 3D ultrasound with her soccer beau and son Santiago, two, on Sunday.
The reality star showed off her baby bump while lying on a couch with her legs over Jarrod’s knee.
Dani beamed as her son and West Ham footballer Jarrod applied the gel to her stomach so they could get a taste of the twins.

The influencer kept comfortable in a pair of ribbed blue wide-leg pants, paired with a white sports bra for the scan.
The ultrasound machine, placed on a chair next to Dani’s head, showed a 3D ultrasound of one of her twin girls.
She simply added two pink heart emojis to the Instagram Story.
It comes after Dani revealed she has entered the last trimester of her pregnancy as she prepares to welcome her twins.
The TV personality took to her Instagram story last week to answer a Q&A and revealed she was “crying all the time” as she nears the end of her pregnancy.
Dani admitted that her symptoms were very different from when she was pregnant with her son Santiago, who she has from a previous relationship with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.
She said, ‘I’ve been soooo emotional, I cry all the time! The fatigue has been heavy, but I think it’s due to the low iron levels… and just want to eat spicy food all day!’
The brunette beauty also said her mom will “definitely be around all the time” to help her after she gives birth to her twins.
Dani plans to dress her identical girls the same in the beginning and has already devised a special way to identify them.
She wrote, “I’m going to paint one of their toenails and then write in my notes whose toenail is painted. But maybe they have minor differences that we notice? Not sure but the painted toenail is the answer for me x [sic].

“I’ll definitely dress them the same in the beginning because I love all those pink frilly dresses.
‘But when they start to get a little older, I will dress them differently so that they have their own identity x [sic]’.
Dani, who has been in a relationship with Jarrod since 2021, also revealed that he was the one who slipped into her DMs.
She said, ‘It slipped into mine…but I had to give him my number. I can’t do the DMs for days haha x.”
