He is the perfectionist judge on Dancing With the Stars Australia, who shows no mercy.
But on Sunday night’s episode, Craig Revel Horwood showed a different side of himself when he made contestant Ben Cousins blush.
The 59-year-old dance expert was commenting on the former AFL player’s performance when he made a shocking confession.
“You know what? I love your face. I can’t take my eyes off it, honey,” Craig admitted.
Ben, 46, smiled at the comment and started laughing as the flamboyant judge continued.
“I think he’s so beautiful, I want to kiss him,” Craig said, causing the audience to gasp and cheer.
That’s what this dance is [the cha-cha] is about. It’s sassy and you bring an energy to the dance floor that you should never leave at home.’
Ben seemed very flattered and giggled and blushed at the compliment from the usually strict judges.

Judge Craig Revel Horwood (pictured) told Cousins during the judging that he loved his face so much he couldn’t take his eyes off it. “I want to kiss it,” he told a shocked audience.
“Thanks,” the AFL player said in response.
At the end of the episode, Ben ended up in the bottom two places together with fashion designer Nadia Bartel and the two had to compete against each other in an exciting dance competition.
The judges decided to spare Cousins that night because he had “the most potential for growth,” according to veteran judge Mark Wilson.
“Thanks,” the AFL bad boy said in response. Pictured: Presenter Sonia Kruger (left) Ben’s dance partner Siobhan Power (right)
Nadia seemed devastated by the decision, but showed grace in her defeat.
“I just like to do difficult things, and this was difficult for me,” said a dejected Nadia, standing next to her partner Lyu Masuda.
“It was so amazing and I had an amazing dance partner,” she continued.
“It was fun to try something new, it was fun.”
