Channel Seven’s popular reality show Dancing With The Stars may be about to get a shake-up.
Speak with women’s DayAn insider has hinted that current judge Craig Revel Horwood, 59, will be axed to make way for the return of popular presenter Todd McKenney, also 59, in 2025.
“There is talk behind the scenes that Todd will return and Craig will be fired in 2025,” they told the publication.
The insider claimed Todd has better on-screen chemistry with presenter Sonia Kruger, 58. Fans are getting tired of Craig’s image.
“He gets along better with Sonia and fans have been drowning in too many of Craig’s ‘favourites’,” the insider claimed.
Todd left the show in 2024 to star in a theater production of The Odd Couple.
According to the publication, the reshuffle came at the “perfect time” as it gave new co-host Dr. Chris Brown, 45, the chance to build positive chemistry with Sonia.
It has also been claimed that judge Helen Richey, 79, is the driving force behind the attempts to evict Craig as the pair often clash on-screen. However, fellow judges Sharna Burgess, 39, and Mark Wilson, 61, are also keen to see Craig out.

“Of course Craig is a true professional and he can judge from the comfort of his own head in any country in the world, but this will likely be his last season in Australia,” the insider told the publication.
“If Helen steps on this, the job is done.”

The merciless judge recently showed a different side of himself, making contestant Ben Cousins blush.
