ABC will celebrate the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night with a new two-hour episode that will test the contestants like never before.

Only six stars and their professional partners remain: NFL star Danny Amendola and Witney Carson, The Bachelor alumnus Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, NBA stars Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach, actress/singer Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, Olympian rugby player Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten and Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold.

While the stars and their partners typically get a full week to prepare for their dance, they’ve been thrown the ultimate curveball with the Instant Dance Challenge.

On tonight’s episode, they will discover which dance they will perform just minutes before entering the ballroom, in this brutal new challenge that will test their dancing talents.
