Dancing On Ice’s Darren Harriott had to seek medical help after the blade of teammate Tippy Packard’s skates sliced open his arm.
The 34-year-old comedian showed off his bandaged arm on Instagram earlier this week and revealed that he had injured it while practicing a lift.
Darren revealed that he had only realized he was injured after seeing blood oozing from his arm and onto the track.

He wrote: ‘Tippy’s blade cut my arm during a lift… we think. We don’t even know how it happened. I didn’t feel it…we just saw the blood lol.’
The comedian added: ‘Still all good for Sunday!’
Darren is ready to hit the track this Sunday for the first time, where the second group of six remaining celebs will do everything they can to avoid the dreaded skate off, where they will take on Ekin-Su.

The Love Island star admitted she was “saddened” by the news, as presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly questioned her after the result and tried to reassure her.
I’m sad, but, you know. I have also been very sick and I know it is not an excuse, but I just recovered, and yes,” said Ekin-Su.
