Dana White shows off INCREDIBLE six-year body transformation complete with shredded six-pack after the 54-year-old UFC president sheds 39lbs after being told he only had 10 years to live

Dana White is a busier man than ever after the historic merger between the UFC and WWE was announced earlier this year.

White was elevated to the role of UFC CEO following the completion of the merger, with a newly formed company worth an estimated £17.3 billion.

Given the increased demands on the 54-year-old, it’s no surprise that he’s been trying to get himself in the best possible shape to handle all the stresses life would throw at him.

White recently took to social media to show off his body transformation, sporting a ripped physique that many would expect from top UFC stars.

The UFC supremo posted a side-by-side photo on his Instagram account, featuring a photo from before his weight loss, alongside an image of his now sculpted six-pack and impressive chest and arms.

To celebrate the transformation, the 54-year-old added the caption: ‘Left is 17th March 2017. Right is 18th September 2023. F***IN NUTS!!!’

Working in a company surrounded by elite athletes, it’s easy to assume that White’s impressive change in physique is down to dealing with the best MMA fighters out there.

However, White has openly discussed how his transformation came about as a result of a meeting with human biologist and mortality expert Gary Brecka.

The UFC chief met with Brecka last year after becoming fascinated with finding out when he was going to die.

Speaking to the Action Junkies Podcast last October, White explained that Brecka took his blood and DNA before receiving a projection on his likely time of death.

Brecka, who runs gene and blood testing company 10X Health Systems, reportedly told White he had just over 10 years to live if he didn’t change his lifestyle.

The revelation sparked White’s fitness journey with the UFC mogul inspired to get in top physical shape, with a diet and fitness regime that saw him drop over two stone.

“I contact this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the inside of your cheeks to do your DNA,” White said.

“So, he calls me (and says) I’m going to personally come out and walk you through your blood work. He finally comes out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.’

White explains he had a shock when told how many years he said he was gone.

‘I’m already tired. Everything that can be bad can potentially be bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live,’ he said.

‘That was 16 weeks ago and he said to me: “If you don’t change these things, this is your life expectancy.” He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I didn’t even tell my wife.

‘And he says, “If you do everything I tell you to do for the next 10 weeks, it will change your life.” I did everything he said on the letter, and I lost 30 pounds.’

White was understandably proud of the fitness regime, highlighted by his chiseled physique in his Instagram photo.

The photo has garnered more than 477,000 likes with nearly ten thousand people commenting to praise White for the difference in his body shape since 2017.

His fitness journey has no doubt been aided by the vast array of sports facilities at his Las Vegas mansion and at the UFC’s offices, which he showed off to Men’s Health in 2021.

White, who is worth an estimated $500 million, boasts a gym, massage room, basketball court and swimming pools at his mansion.

The mansion also has a variety of pools, although White joked that he’s more likely to float on a raft than complete laps.

Its Las Vegas office also has cardio and weight rooms, which are home to running machines, cross trainers, free weights and resistance machines.

White also benefits from a personal chef, although the UFC boss admits he still enjoys junk food.

He even has his own YouTube series titled F*** it Friday where he tries a variety of foods, with fried spaghetti and concha French toast among the latest to sample.

Given the improvements in his overall fitness, White can be forgiven a cheat day here and there.
