UFC chief Dana White has revealed he fasted for 86 hours, drinking only water and bone broth.
The 54-year-old, who traveled to New York for UFC 295, said in a video on X that he started the fast on Saturday after the event and stuck with it until Wednesday.
Citing unnamed medical studies on fasting, White claimed it gives people “a greater than 70 percent chance of not getting cancer, Alzheimer’s and other nasty diseases.”
He also showed off his shredded physique from when the fast was over and said it made him feel like a “superhero.”
“I fasted for 86 hours and I feel INCREDIBLE,” he wrote on Alzheimer’s and a lot of other health problems.’
Dana White drank only water with electrolytes and bone broth – and got a ripped figure
White will be seen at the UFC 295 event at Madison Square Garden in New York on November 11
He later added, “Have you done your research and talk to your own medical professionals, but I absolutely recommend it.”
White explained that he drank only water with electrolytes for the first 24 hours of the fast.
He then added bone broth to his liquid diet for the next two days, drinking it twice a day.
White was enthusiastic about the physical results the fasting produced.
“You’re clearly doing it for the internals,” he said. “But externally you get absolutely fragmented about this thing.”
White previously turned to the medical help of human biologist and ‘biohacker’ Gary Brecka, who told the fighting magnate, based on blood and DNA samples, that he had just over ten years to live.
White then lost 39 pounds and dramatically changed his health.
