Shay revealed in stories that she lost 50 pounds in five months, choosing to eat clean, not drink alcohol and walk seven miles a day plus weights.
“Thank you all so much for all your kind words about my healthy appearance,” she wrote.

Adding: ‘That’s it! I completely changed my lifestyle and have literally never felt better physically, mentally and spiritually. If you’re looking for a sign… I love you all,” adding a sign emoji and a heart emoji.
Shay and his wife Hannah Billingsley, 31, are expecting their third child: a baby boy; the singer and the former Miss Arkansas married in 2016.
