The sprawling 7,000-square-foot estate would have a separate cottage, as well as a swimming pool, workshops, barns and a pond.
Earlier this year, Judi revealed she suffered a “terrible fall” in her home and was trapped on the floor for 30 minutes.
The Oscar winner shared how she tripped over her carpet and was unable to get up, and how she had to turn to her parrot for help because no one else was around.

The incident detailed to: saga magazine admitted Judi that it has become “very difficult” to maintain her independence as she gets older.
She recalled the accident and explained, “I had a terrible fall not long ago. I tripped on the carpet and there was no one in the house and I lay on the floor for half an hour and couldn’t get up.’
Now that the actress was on her own, she’d hoped her parrot might have helped, but her pet turned out to be useless.
She added: “I have an amazing parrot that kept saying, ‘What are you doing? What are you doing?’ This is when you need a very handy parrot that someone would call – but she didn’t.’
Fortunately, the James Bond star recovered quickly and after half an hour told how ‘I just got up’.
Judi lives four miles from boyfriend David Mills, 77, while her daughter Finty Williams and grandson Sam are nearby.
And despite her advancing age, the Belfast star said she hasn’t installed a panic alarm in her home in case there was another incident, in which she said she didn’t want to hold on to her ‘independence’.
When asked about the alarm, she replied, “No, no, no. Nothing like that. It’s just something you have to live with. But you want to be independent – and that’s very, very difficult.’
