Dallas star Victoria Principal’s Malibu property has been entered by intruders who claimed they believed it was for sale and wanted a tour

Victoria Principal had some unwanted guests earlier this week.

The 73-year-old actress was the victim of intruders who broke into her property in Malibu on Monday, April 10.

The Dallas star, whose former on-screen husband Patrick Duffy stars in The Bold And The Beautiful, was not home when the burglary happened.

However, her security was on the job and called police to the property, according to records obtained by TMZ.

CCTV footage showed a man and a woman breaking through a gate and wandering the grounds.

When officers arrived and found the suspects, they claimed it was all a misunderstanding.

The pair said they had been told the property was for sale and they wanted to visit it to take a closer look.

The couple told investigators they saw an ad on Craigslist.

They also gave police information from a text conversation with directions to the house and instructions to enter.

The outlet contacted Victoria, who said the house was not for sale.

The alleged intruders were released without incident, although one of them was cited for vandalism.

Victoria retired from acting in the early 2000s.

Her last job was on the prime soap opera Titans, which focuses on a wealthy family living in Hawaii.

Victoria sold her highly successful skin care company Principal Secret in 2018.

The Victoria Principal Foundation for Thoughtful Existence focuses on helping the environment.

In a 2012 interview with the HuffPost she said, “My main concern is for the planet and all life on it.”

“Without a healthy planet,” she continued, “education doesn’t matter, hunger doesn’t matter, and science doesn’t matter, because we won’t survive. Unless we repair the damage we have done to our land and our oceans, I truly believe the planet will win itself back.”
