Dallas Mavericks star guard Luka Doncic has pulled out a new braided hairstyle, as he showed it off on social media just hours before the team’s final NBA game.

On Monday, the 24-year-old four-time All-Star posted a photo to Instagram with his head down, putting his braids on display for the cameras.

It has not been revealed whether Doncic did the braiding himself or whether he had help.

Regardless of the way he does his hair, the Slovenian is proving to be a threat on the court as he is averaging nearly a triple-double this season.

He is dropping 34 points while grabbing eight rebounds and dishing out nine assists per game.

His last outing against the LA Lakers in a 127-110 loss included a triple-double. Doncic finished with 33 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists that night in just 36 minutes of action.

Dallas’ number 77 is also winning the field, as he and his fiancée revealed last month that they are the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl.

The Mavericks are 24-18 so far this season and are fighting for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Doncic is averaging nearly triple figures this season, scoring 33 points in LA on Wednesday.

Dallas is the current sixth seed in the West and would have a spot in the playoffs if the season ended Sunday.

The team will next play against the Boston Celtics on Monday evening, after a planned game with the Golden State Warriors was postponed due to the death of Dejan Milojevic.

The NBA world extended its condolences to Milojevic’s loved ones and the Warriors organization, including Doncic who shared a post on Instagram with the caption, “Rest in peace bro!”

The Mavericks-Celtics game starts Monday night at 8:30 ET.
