Dakota Johnson wows in a quirky fish dress as she joins co-star Sean Penn for the Daddio screening at the Toronto International Film Festival
Dakota Johnson, Sean Penn and Christy Hall attended the screening of their film Daddio at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday.
Johnson, 33, who stars in the film with Penn, looked typically beautiful in a playful dress in nude tones with a fish print.
The longtime actress stunned with her glossy brunette locks that flowed over her chest with her signature bangs.
Sean, 62, kept his look simple and wore a black suit with a black button-up shirt.
And writer/director Hall had the same idea, as she also wore pleated black pants and a sheer black top.

Johnson’s flowy gown was completed with a pair of woven wine-colored peep-toe mules.
She added a glittering necklace made of a delicate gold chain and an emerald stone pendant.
Her face was made up with warm tones that accentuated her cheekbones and a matte shade on her pout.
Her natural, short nails featured a muted purple manicure, complementing her shoes, which were a similar color.
Sean looked handsome with a shade of white beard and his short, graying hairstyle with a wispy flair.
Daddio was produced by Dakota’s independent entertainment company TeaTime Pictures.
She and Penn are the sole stars of the drama, which sees the duo in just one location throughout the entire film.
As we follow the two through New York City in a taxi ride from JFK Airport to downtown Manhattan, the plot follows one conversation between the duo.

During the taxi ride, the driver (Penn) and passenger (Johnson) are strangers discussing various topics ranging from romantic love to childhood trauma.
Hall focused on the intimacy of the actor’s dialogue Entertainment weekly“It’s easier, I think, to bare your soul to someone like a taxi driver, because you know you’ll never see him again.”
And she praised the 13 Shades Of Gray star’s performance as she said: ‘(Dakota) brings a remarkable complexity to her character, expertly digging deep in ways that took this role to places far beyond what I imagined had suggested.’
She further explained, “From start to finish, you really can’t divert your gaze. She embodies a character who is confident yet vulnerable.”
