Dakota and Elle Fanning stun as sisters make rare red carpet appearance at TheWrap’s Power Women Summit 2024
Sisters Dakota Fanning and Elle Fanning attended TheWrap’s Power Women Summit in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
Dakota, 30, and Elle, 26, wore tight, all-black outfits for the occasion, which was held at The Maybourne Hotel.
For her part, Dakota wowed in a timeless pantsuit with a modern twist on a classic blazer and pleated wide-leg trousers that went down to the ankles.
The fashionista, who starred alongside the late Brittany Murphy in Uptown Girls in 2003, added a pop of color with a geometric red heel.
Meanwhile, her younger sister opted for a structured, thigh-length blouse with a boat neck and short sleeves.
She accented the ensemble with strappy black open-toe heels as she towered over her older sister.

Both women wore their glossy blonde locks down and in the middle, with Elle rocking a shoulder-length bob and Dakota’s longer locks flowing down her back.
Just over a month ago, on October 31, TheWrap’s official Instagram account teased the ladies’ performance on December 3 at the annual event.
A caption to the more than 100,000 followers read, “The Fanning sisters take center stage at TheWrap’s #PowerWomenSummit on December 3!”
It continued, “Dakota, Elle and their production partner Brittany Kahan Ward discuss their transition into production and their vision for the future.”
Elle’s week is off to a busy start: on Monday evening she attended this year’s Gotham Awards.
She stunned in a pale green Dior dress as she hit the red carpet alongside stars including Angelina Jolie, Zendaya and Misty Copeland.
The actress was there to promote her upcoming film A Complete Unknown, which stars Timothee Chalamet as Bob Dylan.

Dakota was recently spotlighted in a cover story for The Cut, in which she opened up about her experiences as a child star.
She recalled a number of interviews in which she was asked uncomfortable things, such as how she planned to “avoid becoming a tabloid girl.”
“People would ask super inappropriate questions,” she told the outlet. “As a kid, I was in a job interview and someone asked, ‘How can you even have friends?’
Referring to entertainers like Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Drew Barrymore, Fanning said she has “a lot of compassion for people who are made into role models.”
‘If society and the media had not played their role, who knows? I don’t think it’s necessarily 100 percent related to being in this industry; There are other factors too,” she noted.
