Cyndi Lauper shares intimate photos from her first week in Australia getting her manicures while touring the country supporting Rod Stewart.
Cyndi Lauper has been enjoying a tour of Australia this past week.
On Tuesday, the 69-year-old shared a series of intimate images from her first week in the country in a post on Instagram.
In the photos, Cyndi posed with Australian TV personality Molly Meldrum backstage at one of her concerts.
He also enjoyed a bit of sightseeing, admiring an impressive piece of art by street artist Rone, whose real name is Tyrone Wright.
Cyndi and Rone took selfies together while looking at one of her incredible black and white works of art.

The pop star was joking on the street while posing in a cutout of Water Rabbit in Chinatown.
She also stopped to get her nails done, at a location of The Nail Bar Beauty & Co in South Australia.
“Some snaps from our first week in #Australia,” Cyndi wrote in the caption alongside her images.
The American pop star is currently on tour in Australia supporting British rocker Rod Stewart.

The Time After Time hitmaker rose to worldwide fame in the 1980s with her hit Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
He recently admitted that now he is not worried about being a big name celebrity.
“You can’t live your whole life worrying about staying famous,” the Grammy winner told AARP The Magazine.
“If losing some fame means doing what you want, you have to go with what you want,” he added, stressing that pursuing your passion is more important than staying in the spotlight.

While she clearly doesn’t need to be famous, Lauper is still a musical icon who continues to hit new career high water marks.
In recent years, he has received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, released a country album titled Detour and composed the 2012 Tony Award-winning Broadway hit Kinky Boots.
The New York City native hasn’t changed much, as she still sports the multicolored hairstyles that made her a pop culture phenomenon some 30 years ago.
“I think I’ve reached an age where I can have pink hair if I want, or blue hair,” the singer revealed.
