- EXCLUSIVE: Jeremy Vine said the shocking footage ‘kind of record breaking’
BBC star Jeremy Vine was left speechless after a cyclist caught a van driver masturbating and watching porn in central London.
The keen cyclist and presenter, who has been filming and exposing his own battles with motorists in London for several years, told MailOnline: ‘This is something of a record-breaker. I have no words.’
Sharing the footage, the 58-year-old later tweeted: ‘Masturbating behind the wheel of a car while watching porn. This is extreme even for Cannon Street.”
Shocking video shows the motorist using his phone as he drives past Cannon Street station in the City of London as dozens of pedestrians try to cross the road.
At the beginning of the clip, the cyclist approaches the van from the passenger side of the vehicle and the driver begins filming with his phone. He says, “Another one, really?”

The cyclist then approaches the van from the driver’s side, where the man is looking at something on his phone.
The motorist, who drives a Custom Intelligent Security van, drives past Bank station watching the footage as pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles surround him during rush hour.
When the van comes to a stop at the traffic lights, the cyclist starts swearing as he gets a clearer picture of what the man sees on his screen.
“F****** porn,” he shouts. ‘Drive around and watch porn. You are joking.’
While the van driver is unaware that he is being filmed, the cyclist points out that he also appears to be masturbating.
The footage ends with the cyclist laughing hysterically and in disbelief as they part ways at a busy intersection.
The video has since gone viral and several social media users have joined Mr Vine in criticizing the driver for his actions.

Several social media users, including Jeremy Vine, commented on the video after it went viral
One user said: ‘I’m speechless, I hope this goes to trial. Please tell me you reported that.”
A second wrote: ‘Horrible, breaks so many laws and moral codes.’
A third wrote: ‘That is to say… I’m at a loss for words! I hope you can share it with the magistrates!’
Another tweeted: “Just when you think you’ve seen it all.”
And a fifth simply said: ‘Definitely mental.’
Mr. Vine has had several encounters with drivers over the years. Earlier this week he posted a video from his helmet camera in which he claimed he was almost ‘kebabed’ by a van that drove into his path on Tavistock Place, near Euston station.
The Radio 2 DJ, who has almost 800,000 followers on Twitter, also shared footage of a near collision in September in which a large white van almost reversed over him until he banged on the door.
MailOnline has contacted Custom Intelligent Security to ask if they are aware of the footage of what appears to be one of their drivers.
Custom Intelligent Security describes itself as a company that helps customers “identify their security threats, such as loss reduction, risk mitigation and data protection (GDPR).”
