So if you want to try the best of the best, you’ll need to get a full-price plan, and ExpressVPN is one of the more expensive services on the market. a With a 1-year subscription you pay $6.67 per monthand while that’s a 49% saving, you can still find better bargains elsewhere.
Fastest VPN is another service that hasn’t lowered its prices for the Cyber Monday celebrations. It’s a promising newcomer to the industry, and I was pleasantly surprised by its potential when I took a closer look at it in my most recent review.
If you want to check it out for yourself, you can get a lifetime subscription for just $40—which is less than you’d pay for about four months of coverage with some other services. Not only is this a one-off payment, but you also get access to a free ad blocker, password manager and malware protection suite, making it a fairly complete product.
However, like ExpressVPN, this is FastestVPN’s regular price. There’s no Cyber Monday deal or discount in sight.
It’s also worth noting that Fastest VPN has its quirks. It didn’t quite live up to its name when I tested its performance, although it’s still a fast service and I had trouble unblocking high-demand streaming platforms. The lack of consistent support is also a cause for concern, and I would ultimately recommend shopping around if you want to get a premium service at a hugely discounted price this Cyber Monday.
