- Curtis Scott defeated Barry Hall
- Scott, 26, knocked out Hall, 47, in 30 seconds
- It was a complete domination for the troubled former football star
Barry Hall suffered a crushing defeat to Curtis Scott on Wednesday night, with the former struggling football star knocking out the much older AFL legend within 30 seconds.
The 47-year-old Hall was no match for the 26-year-old Scott, who brought down the former Swans star with a venomous left hook in the opening stages of the match.
“When he got hit, he collapsed,” Barry Michael said. “He was not well… he had no legs at all.”
“I swear to God that was the exact first shot Sonny Bill Williams threw,” said Alexander Volkanovski.
It’s no surprise that Scott turned his attention to former All Black and football legend Williams, 38, who threw down the gauntlet in his post-match interview.
“I’ll fight anyone,” Scott said from the ring in Wollongong, before adding: “Sonny Bill is a good choice.”
