Cubitt’s Granny Flats and Home Extensions goes into liquidation: NSW and ACT building company collapses owing $5.7million
A construction company has gone bankrupt, causing 80 employees to be laid off and 130 projects to be halted.
Creditors voted Friday to place Cubitt’s Granny Flats and Home Extensions into liquidation.
The company, which had been operating in NSW and the ACT for 30 years, went into voluntary administration earlier this year with debts of $5.7 million.
$2.6 million of that is believed to be due to 77 trades.
More to come.
