They seem to be going from strength to strength and last July they joined the Cruz family on a lavish getaway to Europe, where they visited Neranoâ, Italy.
Cruz previously dated Bliss Chapman and they were in a relationship for 18 months before they reportedly decided to go their separate ways in March 2022.
Cruz’s 18th birthday celebrations come after he showed off his new £32,900 Rolex watch, which he received as a gift as part of Monday’s celebrations.

With a yellow gold wrist strap around a solid link Oyster bracelet, the water-resistant watch was traditionally designed as a diver’s watch.
Pre-owned Submariners can cost considerably more than their base retail price, with one website offering an old edition of the watch for no less than £48,990.
It’s not the first time Cruz has received a watch from the famous Swiss brand, as the teen previously modeled a solid silver Submariner on his 16th birthday.
With a stainless steel strap, black dial, and green kerachrome bezel, that watch sold for a more modest, but still quite expensive, £9,100.
David and his wife Victoria took to Instagram to share a series of flashback clips of the teen showing off his singing voice while celebrating his birthday.
