A woman was allegedly stabbed by a man at a popular gym and taken to hospital with injuries to her head and neck.
The horror incident happened at Crunch Fitness in Alexandria, Sydney’s south, at around 12.30pm on Wednesday.

NSW officers were told a man in his 40s who allegedly stabbed the woman is known to the victim.
Daily Mail Australia understands the woman suffered stab wounds to her head, neck and back.
She was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital by NSW Ambulance paramedics in a stable condition.
Witnesses saw a man attack a woman in a parking lot before fleeing in a small vehicle.
The woman then ran back to the gym to seek help for her injuries.
Emergency services arrived on the scene after reports that the 39-year-old woman had been stabbed.
