Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden was all smiles in Stockholm today as she opened the Swedish Parliament with her husband Crown Prince Daniel.
The 46-year-old looked chic for the occasion in a flowing black pleated skirt, cream-colored jacket with silver buttons and a bow-tie blouse, as she happily waved to well-wishers who gathered to greet the couple at Storkyrkan Cathedral. .
Victoria, who wore her hair slicked back under a black pillbox hat, clutched the arm of her husband Crown Prince Daniel, 49, and offered a united front despite swirling rumors about the state of their marriage.
In August, Daniel denied in a rare television interview that there was infidelity in his marriage and that the couple was ever on the brink of divorce.

Daniel Nyhlen, the reporter who first published the claims, emphasized: “We had very credible informants, including special police guards and other personnel close to the couple.”
He said in a podcast for the newspaper Svenska Dagbladet: ‘I really had no problem with it. This is about the Swedish constitution.’
