Famed Crowded House singer-songwriter Neil Finn has sold his sprawling Los Angeles home for AUD$7.5 million ($US4.8 million).
The beautiful two-story colonial mansion, built in 1922, was sold last month to House of Cards star Kate Mara and her actor husband Jamie Bell. Domain.
The 64-year-old Kiwi rocker bought the amazing four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in trendy Los Feliz with his wife Sarah in 2020 for AUD$6.8 million (US$4.3 million).

Located in one of LA’s most desirable neighborhoods, Finn bought Simpsons writer Tim Long’s beautiful tree-lined property.
The property has a famous pedigree as it was also once owned by Knocked Up actress Katherine Heigl.
With high ceilings and original furnishings, including a classic staircase and chandeliers, the huge house exudes old-world luxury.
Highlights include a large family room with patio doors leading to a lush garden, pool and spa.

Meanwhile, in August, 39-year-old Mara shared the news that she was expecting a child with husband Jamie Bell, 36.
The star-to-be and Billy Elliot actor, who married in 2017, welcomed their little girl in May 2019.
The couple first met on the set of their blockbuster Fantastic Four in 2015.
