Ronaldos usually wear personalized shin guards, as he appeared to have a picture of his face next to the Portugal national team crest during his second spell at Manchester United.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s Al Nassr announced earlier this month that Nike will become their new kit manufacturer.

The Saudi Arabian club previously had their kits made by Nike between 1997 and 2001 and, in a second stint, 2010 and 2012.

The change may not mark a huge visual departure from their current kit design, as their current manufacturer, Arabian giants Duneus, took direct inspiration from the Nike style.

Fans will get their first chance to see the comic in action when the Riyadh team tests themselves against PSG and Inter Milan on a tour of Japan next week.
