Cristiano Ronaldo: Fans spin as star leaves opponent for DUST in front of Al-Nassr’s goal
‘Vintage Ronaldo that… flashback to the early 2010’s!’: Fans are spinning on social media after the 38-year-old Portuguese star leaves the opposition in the dust with a brilliant burst of pace for his second goal during Al-Nassr’s thumping 5- 0 win over Al-Adalah
Cristiano Ronaldo rolled back the years with a brilliant goal for Al-Nassr.
The Portuguese star scored a double in a 5-0 thrashing of Al-Adalah in Al-Hasa on Tuesday to put them one point behind leaders Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League standings.
His first goal was a coolly taken penalty kick five minutes before half time, the opening goal of the match.
But after teammate Talisca doubled the lead, Ronaldo demonstrated his class as he left an opponent in the dust at blistering speed before blasting home with his nominally weaker left foot.
The 38-year-old veteran then pulled out his new ‘nap’ celebration, performing his signature ‘siiiuuu’ after scoring a penalty.
