Cristiano Ronaldo was thrilled to watch new Manchester United star Antony score his debut goal for the club, as the Red Devils took the lead against Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Portuguese superstar leapt off the bench to applaud the £86m winger as he made the perfect start to his Manchester United career.
Despite arriving on deadline day, Antony was thrown straight into Erik ten Hag’s starting line-up to face Arsenal and impress from the outset with his box of tricks.

But his biggest contribution came against the run of play in the 35th minute, as Manchester United carved out a quick counter-attack to set up the Brazilian for his first Premier League goal.
