Cricket legend Steve Smith hopes to score big after listing his amazing Sydney beach pad for an eye-watering $7million
Australian cricket legend Steve Smith is looking for a big property win next month when his stunning home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs is auctioned.
Smith, 34, is putting his four-bedroom, three-bathroom Bronte property under the hammer on November 11 with a price guide of $7 million.
The sports superstar has undergone a major renovation after purchasing the pad for $3.5 million in 2019, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.
Located just 9km from the CBD and just blocks from Bronte Beach, the original home was built as a single-storey Californian bungalow.
Smith completely remodeled the house, adding a second floor, bathrooms and a fourth bedroom.

Apart from his achievements as a record-breaking first-class cricket champion, Smith and his wife Dani Willis are known for their real-life interest.
Last year the couple sold a stunning property in the prestigious Sydney suburb of Vaucluse.
The couple scored a whopping $12.38 million for the four bedrooms and three bathrooms after Smiths carried out a massive renovation.
The sale came after the couple purchased it for $6.5 million in 2020.
