Cricket legend David Warner flashes shock neck and hand tattoos as he wields a golden gun in Melbourne
Cricket legend David Warner put down the bat and picked up a rifle on a Melbourne helipad while filming an action scene on the Yarra River.
The 37-year-old semi-retired athlete looked like an action movie villain on Tuesday as he showed off fake tattoos on his neck and hands and brandished the golden weapon.
The batsman jumped from a bright red helicopter and was seen enjoying a large lollipop, dressed in a flashy white uniform.
He terrorized the men in suits with machine guns who surrounded him on the floating pier, pretending to shoot one of them with his lollipop.
David then escalated the confrontation by grabbing his gold pistol and pointing it at one of the men, who threw his head back as if he had been shot.
The former Test vice-captain could only laugh between takes and seemed to be enjoying his impressive new role.
David shot several takes of the scene, jumping in and out of the helicopter and then pretending to shoot one of the men in the suit.
The project he will be working on has not been revealed yet, but it is believed that he is filming for Bollywood as he recently worked for an Indian advertising agency.

Earlier this year, he channeled his inner Bollywood superstar in a hilarious ad for fintech company CRED Unified Payments Interface for their payment transfer app.
The commercial shows David on the phone with a film director, who asks the sports star if he can get a discount on tickets to a match.
“If you have CRED UPI, you can get money back. But if you just have regular UPI, you’ll have to do me a favor for a discount,” David tells him.
Next, we see David dressed as a traditional Bollywood movie star on the set of an action film, after the director casts him in the lead role.
The hilarious clip shows him filming several scenes for the film, including one in which he performs a cheerful dance with his fellow actors.

Unfortunately, Warner doesn’t seem right for the role, as he accidentally breaks some props while walking around the set.
“Stop! Can I have a kangaroo instead?” David asks the crew as he sits on a horse.
David recently announced his retirement from both One-Day International and Test cricket, but he has not given up his passion for the sport.

Although his offer to come out of retirement and compete in the Champions League was politely declined by Cricket Australia in August, David has since moved on to an unfamiliar competition.
The former Australian season opener is officially a cricket loanee, with his most recent appearance coming in a T10 competition in the Cayman Islands.
He played for the Boca Raton Trailblazers in MAX60, with Boca Raton, Florida ironically being the most popular place in the US to retire.
