Moment crazed driver runs man over TWICE and sends his friend flying in deadly car attack

Shocking footage showed a crazed driver repeatedly running over a man with his car before plowing into the victim’s friend on a Brazilian street.

Surveillance video captured the second driver, Cristian dos Santos, 28, and Gustavo Francisco, 26, on Saturday in the city of Campinas in São Paulo.

The driver is seen reversing into Francisco and dragging him under the tires before the victim’s friend rushes over to help.

Dos Santos is then shown speeding towards the couple, missing Francisco but hitting his unidentified 34-year-old friend, who was lifted onto the hood of the car before being thrown away.

Moments later, dos Santos accelerated again toward Francisco, slamming his car into the man and crushing him beneath it.

Francisco and his friend were rushed to a local medical facility, where Francisco died. His injured friend remained in hospital.

Dos Santos was eventually arrested by São Paulo military police, claiming he acted in self-defense after an argument with Francisco and his friend.

Dos Santos claimed that one of the two men pulled out a gun and fired a shot into the air.

Dos Santos is charged with murder and attempted murder.
