Courtney Act reacts to Rob Mills’ claims they had a booze-fuelled orgy

Shane Jenek, aka drag queen Courtney Act, has spoken out about wild claims that she was involved in a booze-fueled orgy with Rob Mills during their Australian Idol days.

The 40-year-old artist confirmed the story on the Brenda, call me! podcast, but insisted the encounter was technically a threesome, not an orgy.

“Now, I’m absolutely stunned by this revelation that Rob Mills thinks three people is an orgy,” he laughed.

‘He does not know. You know them who think they’re a player and then they reveal they’re barely vanilla with a confession like that!’

Jokes aside, Shane confirmed that Rob had asked his permission to share the story and didn’t mind it getting out.

The former Neighbors star admitted to having a threesome with Shane – in costume as Courtney – and another woman, in addition to flirting with some of his gay friends.

Rob and Shane both rose to fame during the first season of Australian Idol in 2003, eventually falling into bed together after recording a show one night.

“We had an amazing booze-fueled threesome with a woman,” he wrote in an excerpt from the book published by the Herald Sun.

“Now, I’m absolutely stunned by this revelation that Rob Mills thinks three people is an orgy,” Shane laughed. ‘He does not know. You know them who, like, think they’re a player and then they reveal they’re barely vanilla with a confession like this”

After going to a gay club together, the trio ended up back at Shane’s house.

‘Courtney, me and a woman; I’ll call her Sam. And we had a bit of an orgy,” he said.
