Courteney Cox couldn’t see she looked ‘a little off’ after getting fillers
Courteney Cox says she failed to recognize how far she had gone with fillers during her efforts to turn back the clock as a young woman.
The 58-year-old Friends actress described the vicious cycle she went through to maintain her appearance during a podcast appearance shining angels and expressed regret for having performed the procedure.
While Cox initially believed she looked good after receiving the fillers, it wasn’t apparent to her how “off” she actually looked until much later.
“Thinking that I was getting older when I was very young,” he began. ‘That’s just a bummer, a waste of time; It’s a domino effect, it’s like you don’t realize that you look a little out of place, so you keep doing more because you look normal and you look in the mirror and you’re like, “Oh, that looks good.” saying.
“You don’t realize what it looks like to the outside person and just doing too many fillers and then having to remove them, which thank God they’re removable, but I think I messed up a lot and now thankfully I can, I was able to reverse most of that. , and now I’m really just older.’

Courteney says she’s in disbelief every time she finds old photos of herself taken from her filler days.
“I look at pictures of myself from when I thought I looked good and I can’t believe it,” she admitted.
He also said, ‘My publicist wouldn’t let me post this, but I wanted to say, like a before or what I was and what I am, and then the caption would be ‘oh, this is what my friend was talking about, because when someone speaks [about fillers] and saying, “honey, I don’t know”, then you say “what?” I didn’t do anything here and I didn’t do anything there ‘and you don’t realize she probably just floated down.’
Courteney has been candid about how her efforts to stay young have actually backfired.
Last year, the actress admitted that she initially tried to fight the older look with various “injections” and other treatments, but eventually realized she had gone “crazy” and is now trying to age gracefully.
she told the Sunday Times Style magazine: ‘There was a time when you were like, ‘Oh, I’m changing. I look older’. And I tried to chase that [youthfulness] during years.
“And I didn’t realize that, oh shit, I actually look really weird with injections and doing things to my face that I would never do now.”
Pondering whether to post an Instagram photo from those days versus now, she added: “I’d say, ‘The day you realize what your friends were talking about.'”

I think because people would talk about me. But there was a period where I was like, “I’ve got to stop. That’s crazy.”
Although she’s given up on cosmetic procedures, Courteney loves to try new products because she still puts a lot of pressure on herself to look good.
She said: ‘The scrutiny is intense, but I don’t know if it could be more intense than what I put on.
‘I’m a product prostitute. I will try anything.
The former Friends star also said she “can’t believe” her next birthday is 60.
She said, ‘Oh God, it’s so hard to even hear or say. I can’t believe it There’s nothing wrong with being 60, I just can’t believe it. Time goes so fast.
“There is no doubt that I am more grounded, I have learned a lot in my life: what to enjoy, what to try to do more and what to give up.”
