Couple caught having sex in Sydney’s Double Bay: Man is identified as a ‘legitimate professional’

There is no longer any mystery surrounding the identity of the man caught engaging in sexual acts in plain sight in one of Sydney’s most exclusive suburbs.

The wild encounter took place Sunday morning in an apartment opposite Double Bay’s popular Golden Sheaf pub on New South Head Road, one of the busiest streets in the Eastern Suburbs.

Two videos emerge showing the couple, who are completely nude, performing sexual acts too graphic to describe, in front of a full-length glass window filled with late winter sun.

Daily Mail Australia can now reveal that the man involved in the encounter rents the apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows for nearly $900 a week and is a successful professional. He is aware that his sex video has gone viral.

“The individual is a legitimate professional,” said a source close to the man.

“I’m sure he knows there are videos circulating of him having sex.”

“I was in Double Bay earlier today and their blinds were firmly closed,” the source said.

The couple attracted the attention of local residents, restaurant visitors and tradies.

“It’s the one thing everyone talks about,” said a local entrepreneur.

‘Are they a couple? Was it an escort? Maybe it was a one night stand, there are so many unanswered questions!’ they added.

The $895-a-week one-bedroom apartment where the sex act took place is full of natural light and described by a real estate ad as the perfect retreat for an “executive tenant.”

The building also houses office spaces, including a plastic surgeon, psychologist and chiropractor.

The original footage went viral on Monday after the footage was shared to popular social media account Brown Cardigan.

“Barbie & Ken: Double Bay Edition,” was the caption to the steamy clip.
