Country star Morgan Wallen is seen for the FIRST time since his arrest as he steps out with ex-fiancée KT Smith and their son Indigo, three… following shocking outburst over her elopement

Country singer Morgan Wallen was spotted for the first time since his arrest last Sunday when he stepped out with his ex Katie ‘KT’ Smith and their son over the weekend.

The Cowgirls hitmaker, 30, and KT, 29, were spotted in Nashville, Tennessee, with their three-year-old son Indigo, days after Wallen was arrested for allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a popular Nashville bar.

The singer had a casual look and wore an orange T-shirt, white pants and Nike sneakers. He completed his outfit with a white hat and sunglasses.

Everything seemed to be going well between him and KT, despite reports that his bar outburst was prompted by her recent elopement with Luke Scornavacco, 22.

The former couple was seen stepping out of the same car together, with KT carrying their son in her arms. Meanwhile, Morgan was seen with his son’s teddy bear.

Earlier this week, it was reported that an agitated Wallen – who had reportedly flirted with a woman minutes before his outburst – launched a chair at police from a rooftop bar after his ex-fiancée secretly eloped.

Eyewitnesses told it TMZ Wallen appeared drunk and that a member of Wallen’s crew ordered customers not to take photos.

Wallen — who will appear later this month at Stagecoach, where he is one of the headliners — was released on bail by a Metropolitan Nashville police department after he hurled the chair out of the Chiefs Bar just after 10:45 p.m. on Sunday.

He was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct, with officers claiming the chair landed three feet away from them.

Wallen was upset after his former flame eloped with Scornavacco on April 3 – just five days after they got engaged, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The couple announced the news on her social media, with Smith holding up a marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk’s Office in Tennessee as the two grinned at the camera.

‘Morgan never got over her, even though he couldn’t stay faithful to her. And now another man is going to raise his son.

“Whatever happened in that bar had to be reality hitting him in the face because he had lost the love of his life.”

Wallen also proposed to Smith, with the couple dating on and off from December 2016 to November 2019. They welcomed a son Indigo together in 2020.

The toddler was there to witness his mother’s engagement after Scornavacco got down on one knee at Magnolia Farm in Eagleville, Tennessee, on March 29.

His former lover shared a series of loved-up photos with her new beau and defended himself against those online who doubted the speed of their relationship.

She denied that the marriage was a shotgun wedding, but joked on her Instagram Story that “now that we’re married, we can try anything we want.”

Wallen’s bond was set at $15,250 and he was spotted shielded by umbrellas as he was released from the Davidson County Jail around 3:30 a.m.

MNPD released Wallen’s mugshot Monday morning, showing the country star with a grin on his face after the alleged drunken escapade.

In a statement, his attorney Worrick Robinson said, “Sunday evening at 10:53 p.m., Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is fully cooperating with the authorities.”

The hitmaker is scheduled to appear in court on May 3 – between two scheduled performances at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium from May 2 to 4 as part of his ‘One Night at a Time’ Tour.

Wallen faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the charges, and no less than one year.

It’s not his first brush with the law: Wallen was arrested in May 2020 for disorderly conduct at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk bar in downtown Nashville.

The country music star was also arrested at the lower Broadway bar for public intoxication.

He was taken into custody outside Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk and Steakhouse after allegedly kicking several glass objects, according to an affidavit from Metro Nashville police.

An officer saw security guards kick Wallen out of the bar because he was disorderly inside.

Wallen is currently still scheduled to appear at Stagecoach later this month, where he will be one of the headliners; seen in 2022

According to the affidavit, Wallen was given several opportunities by police to run away with his friends, but he refused. He was also charged with driving under the influence in 2016, but the case was dismissed.

Wallen would open his own bar called ‘This Bar’ in Nashville in 2024, paying tribute to his Tennessee roots.

The six-story bar will be located at 107 4th Avenue North on Lower Broadway and will be a live music venue and restaurant.
