“We looked at probably 40 houses in Dallas, and this was the very first one we looked at,” Ethan Lyell said of the sprawling estate, according to Mansion Global.

‘We loved the layout; it has all these unique spaces where you can create all these cozy rooms to read a book, have a cup of coffee.’

Regarding the outdoor space and gardens, estate agent Damon Williamson said: ‘They’ve basically taken a tennis court and converted it into a planter farm with its own sprinkler system. It’s all irrigated with a fire pit in the middle.”

Ethan also provided insight into the “puppy apartment,” explaining, “We wanted to build something where the pups had their own space.”
