Countries with the smallest penises in the world, revealed in an interactive map – and where Britain and the US both rank by size

Men in Cambodia probably have the smallest penises in the world.

This is evident from figures that MailOnline has incorporated into an interactive map.

Cambodian men have an average erect height of less than 4 inches, the data says.

At the other end of the scale, men in Ecuador reportedly have an average height of almost 7 inches (17.6 cm).

Britain and the US are nowhere near the top ten in terms of size.

In fact, neither country makes it into the top 50 of the 88-nation rankings, according to the Germany-based WorldData website.

For penis sizes, it claims to have searched numerous academic studies and databases online.

Britain comes in 68th with a penis size of 5.2 inches (13.1 cm) and America comes in 60th with 5.4 inches (13.5 cm).

Australia ranks 43rd with an average height of 14.46 cm (5.7 in).

The team collected data on average penis size from almost 90 countries, with the measurements independently verified.

Britain comes in 68th with a penis size of 5.2 inches (13.1 cm) and America comes in 60th with men having an average size of 5.4 inches (13.5 cm).

Where possible, the team avoided using studies where men had self-reported their penis size.

In cases where individuals had a fat pad above the penis, this was slightly compressed to aid in measurement.

These were all averaged for each country and then converted into inches to allow comparison between different countries.

The European countries with the largest penis sizes overall were the Netherlands in ninth place with 6.2 inches, France in 11th place with 6.2 inches and Italy in 19th place with 6 inches.

Researchers behind the list said they struggled to find a link between height and penis length, but found that countries with higher obesity rates tended to have smaller members, which could explain the distribution of fat tissue.
