Users on a Reddit thread suggested having a game plan if you’re going to buy the cookie, while others said it gave them stomach aches.
βI want to know why they decided to make it so big. I feel like the price and novelty don’t outweigh the stomach ache afterwards,” said one user.

On TikTok, Costco customers recorded their experiences purchasing the cookie and recording a taste test.
An account called Kuya Can Eat said: “They serve it hot which is good at first but once it cools down it’s so hard.”
‘I don’t like cookies that are too crunchy. Average. 5 out of 10.’
Another account call Eats by Rachel said: ‘It’s huge for one, and it’s served hot too, which is really tasty.’
She said: ‘It looks really tasty, you can see the chocolate chunks in it, they’re gooey and melty. They also contain 750 calories each, so it’s kind of like a whole meal in one cookie.
‘Not super impressive or anything. Taste like your classic chocolate chip cookie. Would I run to get it? For $2.49 maybe, but nothing super crazy. I think you can bake something better at home.’
Another account that called said, βIt’s very heavy, as you can see, this is about four ounces. That’s a big cookie. This is the kind of cookie someone like me could eat for lunch.β
