Former teenage mother Faye Windass relishes the past in upcoming scenes on Coronation Street as her daughter’s father, Jackson Hodge, returns to the UK.
Faye, played by Ellie Leach, gave birth to her daughter Miley, whom she shares with Jackson, in 2015.
In scenes from last year, Faye was devastated on the ITV soap after a positive pregnancy test was confirmed to be early menopause.
After the heartbreaking news, she learned that she would not be able to have any more children, which created rifts in her relationship with Craig Tinker.
Faye struggled to adjust to motherhood and gave her young daughter to Jackson’s parents, Greig and Josie Hodge, who took Miley to live in Canada with them.

Candid: Faye accepted the fact that she would never get pregnant again after learning she was going through early menopause.
Zoom In: After living in Canada with his daughter, Jackson arrives at No.4 and introduces himself to Sally and Tim Metcalfe as Miley’s father and that he has decided to move back to the UK.
Now, in the next few scenes, Jackson arrives at number 4 and is introduced to Sally and Tim Metcalfe, played by Sally Dynevor and Joe Duttine.
He explains that he has decided to return to the UK with his daughter Miley and is trying to get in touch with Faye.
Sally tells Tim that Faye has been ignoring his messages because she doesn’t want to see her daughter.
Tim is surprised that he doesn’t want to meet his estranged daughter in the next few scenes.
Elsewhere, Daisy Midgeley’s nerves are tested yet again as she mentally prepares for the Stalking Protection Order hearing against Justin.
In tense scenes, Dee-Dee makes her way to court, pointing out to the judge that Justin has made her life miserable.
Previously, Justin has bombarded her with flowers and text messages and ITV viewers will also see him go to number 1 in the coming weeks’ episodes.
Daisy returns to number 1 and was being extremely cautious when the doorbell rings, so she checks her app and is horrified to see that it’s Justin on the doorstep.

Oh No: Elsewhere, Daisy Midgeley’s nerves are tested yet again as she mentally prepares for Justin’s stalking protective order hearing.
Trying to Move On: In the tense scenes, Dee-Dee heads to court, pointing out to the judge that Justin has made her life miserable.
Stalker: Justin has previously bombarded her with flowers and text messages and ITV viewers will also see him go to number 1 in next weeks episode.
Daisy orders him to leave, but when she returns to the living room, she is shocked to find him standing there having walked in the back door leaving her terrified.
While in court, Justin barges in and tells the judge that there is a misunderstanding and that he and Daisy are actually friends, not a stalker.
But ITV viewers will have to wait and see if he gets the Protection Against Harassment Order.
In happier news, Beth Tinker and Kirk Sutherland reconcile after she assures him that she threw Marco’s letter away.
The pair will continue to fight for a while, however when Kirk actually starts to move on, they realize it’s not what they want and agree to put their differences behind them.
Court: While in court, Justin barges in and tells the judge that there’s a misunderstanding and that he and Daisy are actually friends, he’s not a stalker.
After Monday’s upcoming scenes of Amy Barlow’s (Elle Mulvaney) gruesome rape story after Aaron Sandford (James Craven) took advantage of her while drunk, she’ll still be dealing with the aftermath as Aaron continues to furiously deny that have done something wrong.
In the upcoming scenes on Friday, Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) reveals to Amy that she hopes to go to Manchester University to be close to Aaron.
Amy tries to advise her to look elsewhere, which leaves Summer baffled.
Meanwhile, Aaron continues to beg Amy not to tell Summer that they had sex in hopes of maintaining their relationship.
Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
