Alexandra Mardell has officially become a ‘Mrs’ after she tied the knot with her fiancé Joe Parker at a lavish wedding in North Yorkshire.
The Coronation Street star has kept details of her big day, which took place on March 19, private as she did not post any photos from the celebration.
But now sharing an insight into the wedding, the blushing bride said this week, “It was beautiful — the scenery was breathtaking.”
Saying ‘I Do’ at The Tithe Barn in Bolton Abbey, North Yorkshire, she donned a gorgeous white wedding dress with a flowing train and lace-detailed bustier.
Sharing her wedding photos with OK! magazineAlexandra spoke to the publication about her special day when she explained that the couple banned the use of phones.

Speaking to the magazine about the emotional ceremony, she said, “It was all just very surreal. I didn’t get emotional until I saw Joe’s face. I said to myself, ‘Please don’t cry, this makeup has taken too long!’
“I just looked at Joe and didn’t really notice the rest. It felt like it was just the two of us at the time.”
It comes after she gave fans a glimpse into her sun-soaked bachelorette party with her friends over the weekend.
The former Coronation Street star shared a series of photos from the festivities on Instagram.
She posed in an all-white ensemble that included a veil that read “The Future Mrs Parker” on it and held a bag that read “I do.”
Alexandra also grinned while dressed in a white swimsuit as she posed with a giant inflatable wedding ring and an embellished silver hat.
In another instant, Alexandra and her near and dearest stood together dressed in black as the chicken moved on.

Alexandra and Joe moved in together just before Britain went into the first lockdown and their romance went from strength to strength.
Alongside an adorable photo with her new fiancé announcing their 2021 engagement, Alexandra wrote, “Love locked!! 1000000 times yes! You make me so happy, my face hurts! I love you ridiculously much. Future Mrs. Parker’.
Joe also shared a slew of snaps from when he popped the question as he wrote, “Went on lockdown with girlfriend, got out with fiancée. How lucky am I. Can’t wait to marry you @alexandramardell I love you ❤’
Alexandra – who played Emma Brooker in Corrie – was congratulated by several of her Corrie co-stars, with the likes of Lucy Fallon posting, ‘Congratulations guys! Super happy for both of you xxx
Lisa Riley added: ‘yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee that’s awesome!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS with love,” while Victoria Ekanoye wrote, “SHUT THE ACTUAL FRONT DOOOOOOR! This is great news.

Alexandra announced she would be moving in with Joe in January 2020 with a gushing Instagram tribute to her boyfriend.
She shared a selection of loved-up photos on her Instagram that documented the couple’s romance since first meeting at The Guildford School of Acting at the age of 21.
The first adorable photo showed the pair back when they were “just friends,” with Alexandra stunning in a shimmering gold dress while Joe looked dapper in a tie and cardigan.
She wrote, ‘GSA Grad Ball 2015 – We were just friends, 2 years later we were a couple, now 2 years together, he’s moving in! There are already so many exciting events and adventures and so many more to come!’

It came after the former Corrie star won The British Soap Award for Best Newcomer in 2019.
She talked about Lorraine about joining the cobbles and admittedly, “It’s a bit overwhelming because it’s so surreal.

She also admitted that her mother was a bit hesitant to join the soap at first.
She told Lorraine, “She was afraid I would ruin her favorite show for her.
“But after the first episode she looked at it and she was like, ‘Oh actually no, I like it, you didn’t screw it up, you’re good.'”
