Sophia took to her socials in December with a bunch of content from her birthday party and unwittingly revealed the identity of her high school sweetheart.
Ny Breaking Australia can reveal that Sophia’s mystery man is Simon Collis, with whom she attended Terrigal High School before enrolling at St Joseph’s Catholic College in East Gosford.
Simon, 21, has a private Instagram account with 443 followers and has made just 11 posts. His display photo shows the young couple posing for a selfie together in his bedroom.

Simon comes from a close-knit family and is the youngest of three siblings, including an older brother and an older sister.
His father Andy Collis is an expressive painter and art major, who attended Sophia’s 21st birthday party with his older brother Tom and Tom’s wife Rachel.

In it, Simon is seen relaxing with his family members and later dancing with them aboard the rented yacht and Sophia’s scantily clad best friends.
‘It looked like a great birthday party. Still waiting for ‘S’ to be revealed,” a family friend commented on the post, referring to Simon.
The young couple seem in love, and Sophia also comments on Simon’s father’s messages.
Last April he celebrated his own 21st birthday, with Andy sharing a touching tribute to his son on Instagram, writing: ‘It’s our youngest child’s birthday: Simon is 21!! I love you son, more than you will ever know. Have a wonderful birthday. X.’
It is not known what profession Simon pursues, but the entire Collis clan visits annually to volunteer at the Kirsten Jade Children’s Rescue Center in Thailand, an orphanage with 50 children in Chiang Mai.

Days later, the controversial internet model was forced to deny claims she was rude to DJ Maddy Spencer at the TikTok Awards.
A few months after her 17th birthday, Sophia posted her first video on TikTok.
In an interview with Stellar magazine, the influencer said a nine-month bout with glandular fever in year 12 undermined her HSC results and lifelong dream of becoming a doctor.
