Controversial influencer Kate Szepanowski is busted for using an illegal solarium

Controversial influencer Kate Szepanowski admitted to using illegal solariums while bragging about tanning on Thursday.

The Queensland-based 27-year-old anti-vaxxer shared her “self-care” regimen with her followers on her Instagram stories.

The list included eating fruit, having an infrared sauna, a massage, a bath, a scrub and shave, dyeing my eyebrows, showering, washing my hair, and taking a solarium.

Szepanowski was called out by the sarcastic account of Celebrity Dutch Minty, who reposted this list and pointed out the word ‘solarium’ along with a vomit emoji.

The blonde bombshell then shared a photo of her infrared sauna, but did not post a photo of a solarium.

Since 2015, the use of commercial solariums has been illegal in Queensland due to the enormous risk of skin cancer.

Kate is the sister of fellow anti-vax influencer Chloe Szepanowski, who faced backlash in August 2021 when she went shopping without a mask during the height of the pandemic.

The social media star lost more than 6,000 fans after sharing a post in support of the ‘Freedom rally’.

Meanwhile, Kate is no stranger to controversy, having regularly used her Instagram to promote anti-vaccine and COVID conspiracy theories.

“That’s why I’d rather die than get injected with that poison,” he captioned a misinformation image about the vaccine.

After receiving criticism for her comments, Kate wrote on Instagram this month: “This is your reminder to mind your own business and focus on you.”

The model also came under fire after applauding Denmark for lifting Covid lockdowns, not realizing the country opened up due to its high vaccination rate.
