Construction on Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Florida mega-mansion is HALTED

Gisele Bündchen has threatened to divorce her NFL star husband Tom Brady “on several occasions over a period of years” and his demanding career has been the reason each time, according to reports.

Additional reports indicate that the superstar couple have now both hired high-profile divorce lawyers for the impending split.

The news comes as construction on the Miami mansion that Bündchen, 42, and Brady, 45, were halted due to Hurricane Ian.

The two set out to build a forever home for themselves and their children.

The total cost for the house is expected to be close to $30 million as they paid $17 million for the land and another $10.12 million in construction costs for the custom mansion, which is located in the elite Indian Creek Country Club- community of Miami.

Photos show the property is still under construction, although it has recently been shut down due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian

The two wanted to build an eternal home for themselves and their children, but reports indicate the couple is on the brink of splitting up.

Rumor has it that Brady and Bündchen are assessing how they would allocate their assets, including their real estate portfolio.

But the mansion seems tailor-made for the two, and includes an organic garden, pickleball court, yoga deck, prep kitchen, main kitchen, and outdoor kitchen.

Floor plans for the house show it spans a massive 17,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with an elevator, a movie theater and a guest suite.

But after that TMZ reported that the relationship has been on the rocks for some time, it is unclear who will take over the ownership or if it will be sold altogether.

The supermodel took the lead in hiring a lawyer and the NFL star followed suit as she “watched out what to do,” according to People.

“I don’t think anything is coming back now,” an anonymous source told Page Six. “They both have a lawyer and look at what a split entails, who gets what and what the finances are.”

Bündchen was also recently spotted in the parking lot of her gym along with her children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, on Tuesday with her luxurious diamond ring missing from her left hand as she locked the car door.

She styled a white sporty tank top and gray pants while her golden locks were below her shoulders. Bündchen’s two children appeared to be wearing towels as they locked their car and entered.

The Victoria’s Secret model is rumored to be separated from the NFL quarterback as he returns to Tampa to practice for the upcoming Buccaneers game.

The duo went through a rough patch when Brady’s return to the NFL reportedly caused a rift in their relationship.

Aside from the Miami property, the couple also owns a $3.6 million New York City apartment and an additional $5.7 million in an exclusive Yellowstone club in Montana.

While there were multiple destinations the couple could have run to in the midst of Hurricane Ian in Florida last week, Bündchen reportedly stayed with the couple’s children in Miami, while Brady stayed elsewhere.

Aside from the couple’s two children, Vivian and Benjamin, the former Patriots star has a 15-year-old son, Jack, from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

Another messy battle for the lawyers to decide is custody of their shared children.

Brady’s net worth after beginning his football career with the New England Patriots in 2001 has skyrocketed to $250 million.

Meanwhile, Bündchen’s net worth is comparable after spending years as a Victoria Secret model. The supermodel previously admitted she had to put her career aside during an interview with Elle Magazine on September 13.

Bündchen was looking forward to getting her career off to a flying start after Brady’s retirement – and it looks like she wants to achieve her goals, despite Brady’s decision to return to the field.

‘I’ve done my part, that is’ [to] be for it [Tom]’ she told Elle Magazine. “I moved to Boston and focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and support him and his dreams.

“Watching my kids succeed and become the beautiful little people they are, see him succeed and be fulfilled in his career – it makes me happy. At this point in my life I feel like I did a good job.

“I have a huge list of things I need to do, things I still want to do. At 42, I feel more connected to my goal,” said Bündchen.

Bündchen previously admitted she was concerned about Brady going back on his retirement plans.

“This is a very violent sport, and I have my kids and I would like him to be more present,” Bundchen told Elle Magazine. “I’ve certainly had those conversations with him before. But in the end I feel like everyone should make a decision that works for [them]. He must also follow his joy.’

On his regularly scheduled ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast last month, the seven-time Super Bowl champion didn’t directly mention his marital problems, but spoke about the importance of family.

Brady said he has spent Thanksgiving and Christmas away from his family since joining the NFL.

“I haven’t had a Christmas in 23 years, and I haven’t had Thanksgiving in 23 years, I haven’t celebrated birthdays with people I care about who were born from August to the end of January. And I can’t be at funerals and I can’t be at weddings,” Brady told his co-host, Jim Gray.

While rumors are circulating that the rift between Brady and Bundchen was sparked by the NFL star’s return to the field, Dailymail.com can confirm that the pair’s rumors are breaking up and have nothing to do with Brady’s surprise return.

He had initially retired from his career, in part to focus on his family – as he promised to spend more time with them, as Gisele “deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my children deserve what they deserve from me as a husband.” need father’ .’

Bündchen is her husband’s “number one cheerleader” and said she wouldn’t care if he played until he was in his 50s. But the friction between the two has still led to them living separately from each other.
