Constance Hall has given fans an update on her relationship with partner Denim Cooke.
The mother of seven, of Perthsaid in an Instagram Stories video that they are going from strength to strength.
“Yes, they got better, they went down and then they got better again,” the 40-year-old said.
“What I like most about Denzy is that his heart is kind, very kind and he is always willing to change, grow and listen,” she continued.
“For example, I said to him the other day, I don’t want to keep telling you what the fuck to do because I need to focus on what I’m doing and I tried him out and we fought,” Constance continued.

Constance had lived separately from her partner after he almost died when he fell from a motorbike in 2020, but has since moved back in with her.

Denim was involved in a horror motorcycle accident in August 2020.
The 48-year-old was airlifted to a trauma unit at Royal Perth Hospital and suffered seven broken ribs, punctured lungs, multiple infections and brain injuries after skidding from his bike.

‘I think I was very excited when he woke up from the accident. And there was a kind of false hope,” Constance said.
“I spoke to the doctors and they said Denim has no motivation anymore. The frontal lobe damage took away everything he could have had before.
“His psychiatrist recently said, and it was very clever, ‘He loves you.’ He loves his family. He has to work for you instead of just getting you and all the things you do and provide… and that won’t happen unless he is removed from the family home.”
The couple sought out an assisted care facility to get away from each other for a few nights and heal, but Constance was constantly reminded that he was “becoming a shadow of a man.”

Denim went to stay with ‘his best friend’ who lives in Esperance, a 10-hour drive from Constance’s home in Margaret River.

Her empathy, compassion and longing soon returned and Constance thanks her partner’s psychiatrist for intervening when he did to ‘help them’.
