A trans activist has sparked outrage after she bared her breasts at a White House Pride party attended by Joe Biden.
Rose Montoya, 27, unhooked the top of her dress and clutched her chest on the South Lawn as someone shouted, “Are we topless in the White House?”
But the move, posted on her Twitter, has sparked outrage from conservatives who compared it to the X-rated files found on First Son Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Radio host Dana Loesch said, “This is the White House, not a whore picture of Hunter’s laptop, it was the Pride party on the White House lawn two days ago hosted by Joe. They also didn’t hang the American flag properly according to the code.’
Montoya met Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, who posed for photos with her and others at the Pride event.

Todd Starnes tweeted, “Can someone explain why transgender activists were allowed to undress in front of kids on the White House lawn during Biden’s gaypalooza? #perverts #criminal.’
Former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik also lashed out, posting the video with the caption, “Okay, so who the fuck runs the White House and allows this deviant crap to go on right outside the oval office?
“We know it’s not Joe Biden – this guy has no idea where he is. So who is it? Who is the cause of this international embarrassment?’
Newsmax host Rob Schmitt called the display “pathetic,” while Dear America podcast host Graham Allen tweeted, “This is a cult and a disgrace to our country!”
Colin Rugg added, “This is what happened on the White House lawn. These are the “bravest and most inspiring” people Biden has ever known. The land you once knew is gone.’

Montoya shared an Instagram montage of the day with her 103,000 followers on Monday, seen dancing to the DJ and striking poses for landmarks.
In a video on Instagram, she said, “First of all I want to say that going topless in Washington, DC is legal and I fully support the nipple free movement because why is my breast now considered inappropriate or illegal as I show it but before I came out as trans wasn’t it?
“All you’re doing is confirming I’m a woman. All you’re doing is saying trans women are women because for some reason people like to sexualize women’s bodies and say they’re inappropriate.
“My transmasculine friends were showing off their best surgery scars and living in joy, and I wanted to join them.
And since it’s perfectly legal in Washington, DC, I decided to join them and cover my nipples to be on the safe side because I wanted to be completely free and myself.
“It was not my intention to be vulgar or blasphemous in any way.”

Conservatives were quick to denounce the move, saying if it were a Republican president in office there would be “a dozen thinkers about how wrong it is”
But Twitter users were quick to criticize Biden, arguing that the US flag should be at the center of any display featuring multiple national flags or pennants, according to the US Flag Code.
Veterans also lashed out at the Biden administration for minimizing the American flag during Pride celebrations.
They say placing the Pride flag in the center was a violation of the US Flag Code, “should be in the center and at the highest point of the group when a number of flags of states or places or pennants of societies are grouped and shown of rods.’
Chad Robichaux, a Marine veteran who helped lead one of the largest civilian evacuation efforts from Afghanistan, told The New York Post, “You would think the White House would know this. They do, they just don’t care.
The American flag is the symbol of freedom and equality for every skin color, every (legal) sexual preference, no social group needs a different flag.
“If every group understood what the American flag really stands for, it wouldn’t be divisive.”
Speaking at his White House Pride celebration on Saturday, Biden told attendees, “I want to send a message to the entire community, especially transgender children, ‘You are loved, you are heard, you are understood, and you belong.’
