Once in the bathroom, she claims he forced her to perform oral sex on him, spat on her, and forcibly kissed her. Days later, she handed over the clothes she was wearing at the time to police, claiming they prove he “spit” on her that night.

McGregor’s lawyers say the footage undermines the woman’s original claim that he and his guards forced her to use the toilet.

The UFC fighter denied both claims, but was arrested at one point and questioned before being released.

That civil suit is ongoing, while the plaintiff has allowed broad discovery of material obtained by police working on the case. McGregor continues to deny the accusation.

In September 2020, McGregor was detained and questioned by authorities on the French island of Corsica for alleged indecency exposure and assault in a bar, and spent two days in custody.

Eight months later, they stated there was insufficient evidence to warrant criminal charges. The investigation would include DNA collection that corroborated his version of events.
