The twins were seen sitting next to Abby’s husband as they gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes.

They also included a photo of the twins wrapping their arms around Josh’s while Isabella hugged his other arm.

Earlier this week, the twins shared another rare photo with Bowling.

It’s one of the first times the sisters have been photographed in months after several images were shared from Abby and Joshua’s 2021 ceremony, which was only made public months ago.

Kept under wraps, photos from their now famous wedding saw the sisters modeling a beautiful wedding dress and posing with Abby’s husband.

However, when news of the arrangement emerged, a series of criticisms emerged, with several citing how the two share the same genitals.

They currently both teach fourth and fifth grade at a local elementary school, where they share the same salary because they teach the same classes.

The two spoke about the subject in an interview with the BBC.

“Obviously, we immediately understand that we get one paycheck because we do the work of one person,” Abby said in 2013.

“As experience may come, we would like to negotiate a little bit, since we have two degrees and because we can give two different perspectives or teach in two different ways.”

Within five years, the two would reveal how they had been hired by the school as full-time instructors and would continue to split their compensation down the middle.

Three years later, Abby tied the knot with Bowling, who now lives with the twins full-time. However, Brittany remains unmarried.

The condition the women have, called dicephalic parapagus, is described as a rare form of conjoined twinning, in which both patients share the same torso.

In Abby and Brittany’s case, they share the same bloodstream and all organs below the waist.

Each twin also controls one arm and leg each and maintains individual movement of their own heads.

The sisters opted against separation surgery due to the risk that both would die and have been living as a couple ever since.

The year before they got their gig, their mother, Patti Hensel, appeared on their TLC docuseries to describe how the two had once had different dreams.

“I remember one wanted to be a pilot and the other wanted to be a dentist, and that was short-lived,” she said. ‘I think things will turn out well for them [working as teachers] because they have always had a talent with children and children have always been attracted to them.’

The show, Abby & Brittany, aired from August to October 2012, following their graduation from college and their search for their first job.

Six years earlier, the then-teenage twins appeared in the documentary Joined For Life after first finding fame on a 1996 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show when they were six years old.

The two have largely stayed out of the spotlight since then, aside from the occasional TikTok and the odd Facebook post, with Abby’s marriage only coming to light last March.
